My Background
I grew up in Black Earth, WI and spent a great deal of my childhood in the rolling hills of the driftless zone of south western Wisconsin. Through hiking, fishing and hunting I developed a love for the natural elements surrounding us.
Photography as Communication
I love photography in the way that it captures a place and moment in time showcasing the beauty and resilience of wildlife and our natural world. Through my photography, I capture fleeting instances that reveal the complexity and wonder of the natural world. Each image serves as a reminder of the delicate balance of ecosystems and the fleeting nature of these moments. My aim is to inspire awe and promote awareness, encouraging viewers to cherish and protect the habitats and creatures that share our planet.
